Statutory audit

We certify the annual accounts of entities required to be audited by law or by decision of their partners, in accordance with applicable standards, issuing an opinion for partners and third parties dealing with the company. We also carry out related engagements such as assessing company conversions, contributions of shares or other contributions in kind, mergers and any legal or financial transaction requiring a statutory auditor’s opinion.

Contractual audit
