Legal audit
In the area of statutory auditing, we are involved in the certification of the annual accounts of entities eligible under legislation or by decision of the shareholders in accordance with the required standards, in order to issue an opinion for the shareholders and third parties in contact with the company. We also provide additional services, such as assessing the conversion of companies, contributions of securities or other contributions in kind, mergers and any legal or financial transaction requiring the opinion of a statutory auditor.
Contractual audit
We intervene according to agreed procedures to assess certain operations of companies and their organisations (project audit, organisational audit, etc.) by issuing our opinion on the basis of our findings, with recommendations.
